I was amazed at how well Kiwannee could take and program all details of a project into the schedule per specifications and make a flowable diagram. His knowledge of construction sequencing, rain days (for local areas), and insert these items into a base line showing improvement or delays. One of his most outstanding attributes was his presentation to the Owners and Architects at OA&A meetings. Very professional and very articulate in his presentations.
