The scope of this commercial construction project was to create a restaurant within a new shell space of 3,477 square feet located on the first floor of the newly built Omni hotel. Included in the plan are two dining rooms, a smaller private dining room, a bar, a fully equipped commercial kitchen, and public restrooms that are handicap accessible. The space also includes a customer waiting area, storage areas and an office within the commercial kitchen.
